The most egregious abuse of honesty happened the other day. Fred was just standing with me at the corner, waiting for the light, when he said (proudly, almost (his head turned toward the sky (and his hands on his hips))) 'Life... Life's pretty good, don't you think? There are so many nice people in the world.'. He lets out a whimsical sigh.

I was not amused.

What transpired immediately after shouldn't be written down as it could get me in a lot of trouble.
